When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, occasion, event date, venue or city, the services you are interested in, and any message you write. If you contact us on WhatsApp, Instagram or by phone, those platforms process your messages under their own policies.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, plan your booking and send you a confirmation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Enquiry details are delivered by email to our inbox. To limit spam, the enquiry form temporarily records a hashed version of your connection address on our web server to rate-limit repeated submissions.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Some scripts (animation and slider libraries) are loaded from the jsDelivr content delivery network, which may receive your IP address and browser details to deliver those files. The map, social and messaging links lead to third-party sites (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) that have their own privacy policies.
Photographs
Photographs of clients and events on this website are shown with the client’s permission. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.
Your choices
